Don't Wait

HOW:

The Board of Directors, Advisors, and Staff devote care and attention to supporting our network and developing essential and sustainable projects, but don't wait for someone else to realize the great idea you just had.

If you have an inspiration for a new way for AE to flourish and carry out its mission, PLEASE outline it here. Groups open to all ways of organizing require the energy of every member to continue in practice away from few decision-makers into more flexible community-oriented sustainability. If you're not ready to make a proposal, add the idea as a comment below.

Suggested projects go through the following steps:

  1. Propose a project here by a) putting a paragraph on this page and b) linking to a full page here where the collaboration will take place
  2. Gather others who are a) interested and b) willing to donate some resources and c) create a proposal
  3. Contact Brandon [brandon at aiki-extensions dot org] or a Board Member you know to help refine the proposal and put it up for a vote, as it will hopefully begin to have group identity and budgetary consequences.
  4. Resolve concerns and celebrate new energy.
  5. Launch!

RIAI
